PROJECT DETAILS

The technology of wastewater treatment plants (WWTP) is divided into individual technological units controlled by separate control PLC machines. At the entrance to the WWTP, water is mechanically pre-cleaned using coarse and fine screenings and sludge is primary sedimented in 4 primary sedimentation tanks. Mechanical pre-cleaning is followed by biological cleaning in 11 aeration tanks. After biological cleaning and secondary sedimentation in 6 sedimentation tanks (clarifiers), the cleaned water leaves the WWTP.

MANAGEMENT PROCESS PROVIDES:

  • functioning of devices;
  • monitoring of operation parameters;
  • water purification quality control.

6 control systems with a range of 1550 digital and 180 analogue signals are used for control. The individual control systems are connected mutually via an optical Ethernet network. The technology is controlled by a visualization system from the WWTP control room. Via GPRS technology, any information from other nearby WWTPs is also transmitted to the WWTP control room.
