PROJECT DETAILS

• Design, drawings, production and assembly of the shaft handling line, as well as electrical commissioning and programming;
• Complete deliveries of portal manipulators of M-KH model family, including travelling line for every manipulator;
• The manipulators consist of the travelling line, the manipulator itself with travelling and transverse units, as well as a vertical unit(s) and gripper(s) for gripping shafts. The manipulators provide transport of forgings and machined shafts with weight up to 1200 kg per shaft between individual line devices such as: input container, checking workplace, machining centres, grinders, ultrasound and magnetoscopic testing, dimension checking, conveyors between operations – containers and line output devices. Complete electrical switchboards with PLC and corresponding handling control program are a part of the delivery.
