PROJECT DETAILS

  • Design and production of handling and packaging workplaces.
  • Comprehensive delivery and implementation of the workplace including 1 unit of Mitsubishi robot and 1 unit of Mitsubishi cobot.
  • Process input components are contacts, which are after being placed on the correct positions by the operator moved under the robot and it moves them into the injection moulding machine. The finished pressings are afterwards moved by the cobot and grippers under camera checking. Error-free units are moved to a packaging part operated by an operator.
