  • The whole workplace is divided into the right and left sides, so that the process can be performed for two differently directed components at the same time. Sheet metal enters the process and is correctly directed by a rotating table and a gripper, and then placed into nests. It is afterwards moved by an electrical drive to the collection zone of the robot, from which to passes to the press zone. A gripper is used to boresight pins into holes in the sheet metal. Pin feeding is provided by tubes leading directly from rotary containers to the gripper. The pressed unit goes through pin checking to palettes. The process output is stacked palettes with pressed and checked units.
